ABOUT HEATHER
I'm Heather
My best ideas come between midnight and 4 am (I’m pretty sure ALL good ideas ever come in the stillest hours of the day.) I’ve pushed my way to the front row of concerts in some of the raddest intimate venues, to feel the bass in my chest. It’s bad for my hearing, but good for my soul
My best friend is my yellow lab, Oly. My ideal Saturday starts at the farmer’s market, explores the menu of at least two food trucks, and ends with a handcrafted cocktail. I’m a little obsessed with Lush Cosmetics, ultra fine tip Sharpies, and Barcelona (the band).
I love the thrill of booking flights one way at a time. I believe in eating cold cereal out of good china.

THE EXPERIENCE
All of my sessions are focused on you and your love, all of the ephemeral, passionate, messy, fearless depth of it that can’t really be put into words. I’ll help you plan what to wear, what to bring, and where to shoot. On the day of your shoot, no matter where it is, I’ll set the two of you up in the best spot, with the prettiest light, then step back and let you explore the feelings you feel when you’re so very close. After your shoot, we’ll meet again and choose the photos you’re going to want to put onto a huge canvas that reminds you of that spark of feeling, every time you walk past it on your wall.
